1. Service Agreement

FanXpand provides OnlyFans management and growth services to content creators. Our services include:

• Account management and optimization
• Content strategy and planning
• Fan engagement and chat management
• Marketing and promotional services
• Revenue optimization and analytics

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your OnlyFans account
• Grant necessary access permissions for account management
• Create and provide content according to agreed schedules
• Comply with OnlyFans Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Maintain professional communication with our team
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your individual service agreement:

• Management fees are typically charged as a percentage of gross revenue
• Setup fees may apply for new accounts
• Payments are processed monthly based on OnlyFans payout schedules
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• Clients are responsible for any platform transaction fees

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and commit to:

• Keeping all client information strictly confidential
• Using secure systems for data storage and transmission
• Never sharing client content without explicit permission
• Implementing industry-standard security measures
• Limiting access to client accounts to authorized personnel only

5. Content Guidelines

All content must comply with:

• OnlyFans Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Applicable laws in Montenegro and your jurisdiction
• Age verification requirements (18+ only)
• Intellectual property rights
• Our professional content standards

6. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of contract
• Immediately for violation of platform terms
• Upon mutual agreement

Upon termination, all account access will be revoked and final payments processed according to the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

FanXpand shall not be liable for:

• Changes to OnlyFans platform policies or algorithms
• Account suspensions or bans due to platform decisions
• Technical issues with third-party platforms
• Market fluctuations affecting earnings
• Force majeure events beyond our control

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Podgorica, Montenegro.
